I'm a Chautauqua County writer, grew up near Jamestown in the Cassadaga valley, have written a short novel and several short stories in an Appalachian-foothill setting. I think the West Virginia University Press could be just the place for me. Any tips for getting my over-the-transom fiction looked at?
